Senior Product Manage

Responsibilities

• Define the roadmap for delivering the platform to highly regulated customers globally.
• Collaborate with product managers to support success in regulated markets.
• Communicate technical details such as data flows and security architecture to engineering and executive audiences.
• Enable go-to-market efforts by partnering with sales and marketing.
• Partner with Compliance Engineering and Information Security teams.
• Work with marketing, sales, and post-sales teams to identify gaps in regulated offerings.
• Deliver AI capabilities responsibly to highly regulated customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a SaaS/B2B regulated-industries role, such as Product Management, Compliance, Global Public Sector Engineering, or Product Marketing.
• Experience or passion for regulated markets including public sector, healthcare, and financial services.
• Ability to engage with technical, compliance, security, and executive stakeholders, including platform engineers, CISOs, and CTOs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and corporate strategy teams.
• Familiarity with global regulations and data-sovereignty requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Compensation

• Estimated annual salary: $192,000–$240,000 USD.
• Equity package and potential variable compensation.
