What You'll Do
- Define the Launch Standard: Establish what a great product launch looks like at Sentry including gates, playbooks, decision rights, and rituals.
- Own Feature Flag & Cohort Strategy: Bring intentionality to early access programs, beta cohorts, and staged rollouts to ensure the right customers receive features at the right time while learning from every rollout.
- Orchestrate Cross-Functional Readiness: Coordinate alignment across Engineering, Product, Legal, Marketing, GTM, and Sales; surface dependencies early and drive decisions.
- Keep Everyone Informed and Confident: Build visibility through dashboards, launch briefs, and status updates that provide high-signal, low-noise communication.
- Improve with Every Launch: Instrument the release process, track friction, run retrospectives, and lead continuous improvements.
You'll Love This Role If You...
- Want to own and define what great looks like rather than just run an existing process.
- Are energized by cross-functional complexity and excel at aligning teams without formal authority.
- Think in systems and want to build operating models around the full release lifecycle.
- Use data to diagnose problems, measure progress, and interpret analytics on release health, adoption, and quality.
- Care deeply about the customer experience of receiving new software.
What We're Looking For
- 5–8+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a high-growth SaaS company, with exposure to product launches, release operations, or GTM coordination.
- Genuine builder mindset with examples of creating processes or frameworks from scratch that endured.
- Strong data and analytics instincts to understand release health, customer adoption, and process quality.
- Proven ability to drive alignment and decisions across Engineering, Product, Legal, Marketing, GTM, and Sales without direct authority.
- Sharp written communication skills for crisp launch briefs, escalations, and process docs.
- Strong prioritization skills to triage competing demands across stakeholders.
