Associate Forward Deployed Engineer, Enterprise Accounts

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors to drive Labelbox value.
• Help organizations build cutting-edge AI applications by staying current with the ML development lifecycle.
• Guide customers through architecture designs for SaaS integration, API, SSO, and security.
• Continuously learn and improve skills in software, computer vision, and ML.
• Provide mentorship and guidance on Labelbox products, solutions, and methodologies.
• Partner with Account Executives to identify growth opportunities and forecast renewals.
• Manage onboarding and implementation for highly technical customers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs and product requirements into customer solutions.
• Advocate internally for customer needs and feature requests across product, support, engineering, and sales.
• Help drive customer references and case studies.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or AI-related fields.
• 2+ years of professional experience in a related field.
• Proficiency in Python and data analysis.
• Prior experience leading LLM projects.
• Exceptional communication skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Passion for AI and the intersection of technology, product, and customer needs.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with computer vision and ML workflows.
• Knowledge of Labelbox products (or similar data labeling/annotation platforms).
