About the role

Responsibilities

  • Run day-to-day marketing execution.
  • Work with customers to produce written and video testimonials, turning happy users into case studies for sales.
  • Set up and maintain a regular newsletter cadence covering launch recaps and other marketing collateral.
  • Publish the monthly "what we launched" roundup via Slackbot.
  • Coordinate event and hackathon logistics with partners (venues, schedules, promotion, follow-up).
  • Post launch content to the PWS subreddit and other developer communities.
  • Work closely with the founding team and product marketing.
  • Ship marketing deliverables most weeks.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years in marketing, ideally at a small company.
  • Proven track record of shipping real outputs: newsletters that get opened, events that run on time, customer stories that get used.
  • Clear and quick writing skills.
  • Comfortable on Reddit; understand developer community norms, what earns upvotes vs. eye-rolls.
  • Highly organized; able to juggle video shoots, event checklists, and launch posts in the same week.
  • Proactive: ask good questions, take first passes, and iterate quickly without waiting for detailed briefs.
  • Desire to grow by owning more responsibilities.
