What You’ll Own
AI Applications & Agentic Systems
- Design and build AI-powered applications, internal copilots, and agentic workflows for Finance, Accounting, Procurement, FP&A, Payroll, Tax, Treasury, and Investor Relations.
- Build AI systems using LLMs, RAG, function calling, and AI agents to automate complex business workflows and augment human decision-making.
- Develop intelligent assistants capable of reasoning over enterprise data, executing multi-step tasks, and orchestrating business processes.
- Identify high-impact opportunities where AI can improve productivity, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Backend Engineering & Enterprise Integrations
- Build scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices that power AI applications.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms including NetSuite, SugarCRM, DealHub, HubSpot, Tipalti, Navan, Carta, and other internal systems.
- Design reliable event-driven architectures and automated pipelines that keep AI applications synchronized with trusted enterprise data.
- Build production-ready systems that are scalable, secure, observable, and maintainable.
AI Analytics & Decision Support
- Build AI-powered dashboards, reporting applications, and conversational interfaces that enable Finance teams to interact with business data naturally.
- Deliver financial Q&A, variance analysis, anomaly detection, forecasting support, and executive insights.
- Transform financial intelligence into AI experiences that help business users make better decisions faster.
Platform & Governance
- Design secure, governed AI platforms with robust access control, monitoring, and data quality.
- Ensure AI applications operate on trusted, continuously refreshed enterprise data.
- Build enterprise-grade solutions that support auditability, compliance, and long-term public company readiness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building production software as a Senior Software Engineer, Backend Engineer, Full-stack Engineer, or Applied AI Engineer.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with Python and modern backend frameworks.
- Experience building scalable APIs, distributed systems, cloud-native applications, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience designing production systems with high reliability, security, and performance.
