Responsibilities
Accountable for market’s business health: analyze market level data for performance gaps, manage fleet operational costs, and identify process improvement opportunities to deliver on Flexdrive OKRs.
Lead team responsible for assisting Lyft drivers through the end-to-end rental process of the Express Drive Program; ensure all team members are up-to-date on trainings and processes.
Foster team member growth and development through regular 1:1 meetings, professional development discussions, and timely constructive feedback.
Drive high utilization metrics by managing the vehicle supply lifecycle (in-fleeting, maintenance, decommissioning, disposition); reduce out-of-service vehicle time by resolving escalated vehicle issues.
Responsible for talent retention; serve as hiring manager for local site and accountable for onboarding new team members.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners (service providers, collision shops, internal/external teams) to optimize vehicle quality and turnaround time.
Serve as primary point of contact for site’s maintenance, security, and safety; partner with cross-functional teams to ensure sites are safe, compliant, and provide a great workplace experience.
Requirements
Passionate about delivering great customer experiences with a strong track record.
4 years experience managing Retail, customer service, or vehicle rental team.
3+ years managing hard assets in a fleet management business (car rental, FMC, etc) preferred.
Experience managing vendors and partners.
Ability to coach and develop team members.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and switch into different modes during the workday/week.
Lover of dashboards, data, and metrics.
Valid unrestricted driver's license, satisfactory driving record, and insurable under Lyft's policy.

Expected base pay range: $56,300 - $70,380 (Stoughton, MA area; dependent on qualifications, experience, and location).
