Founding PM to build Traba's AI agent platform (Claude-like for light industrial supply chain). Design, ship, and iterate autonomous agents that reason, orchestrate tools, and execute workflows in customer operations. Requires 7+ years PM experience with real agent systems (not just copilots), strong technical instincts, and 0-to-1 startup building in ambiguous AI environments.

About the role
What you’ll do
Architect and steward product strategy for Traba’s AI agent platform
Solve complex customer problems by balancing user needs, technical constraints, and evolving AI capabilities
Write detailed product requirements and partner deeply with product engineers and ML teams
Rapidly validate and prototype ideas alongside customers and design partners
Design agent systems that reason through workflows, orchestrate tools, maintain context, and execute meaningful work
Define product behavior, evaluation systems, and quality frameworks that improve reliability and performance
Use data to uncover patterns and answer key product and system questions
Evolve our AI product portfolio with a deep understanding of model capabilities and system architecture
Visualize and communicate complex concepts from system behavior and evaluations to user experiences and business impact
Socialize your work across all levels and departments while synthesizing diverse stakeholder feedback
What we’re looking for
Real agent builder: launched customer-facing AI products where the system took meaningful actions on behalf of users (agents that execute workflows, orchestrate systems, use tools, maintain context, and perform work autonomously)
0-to-1 operator: built products from scratch with real customers, launched, rebuilt, changed direction, killed ideas, and iterated toward signals; comfortable creating structures where no playbook exists
AI-native problem solver: move quickly in environments where models evolve constantly and assumptions regularly break; navigate prompt rewrites, model shifts, reliability tradeoffs, and capability cliffs
First-principles thinker: spend equal time thinking about why, how, and what; strong product judgment from deeply understanding systems and constraints
Customer-embedded builder: deeply embed with early customers, understand workflows firsthand, rapidly ship based on direct feedback loops (experience with forward deployed or customer-embedded models highly valued)
Technical depth: comfortable operating alongside ML engineers as peers; understand evaluations, reason through system tradeoffs, prototype ideas, participate in technical conversations; strong technical instincts
Builder mentality: inventive and scrappy problem solver; move quickly, embrace ambiguity, create meaningful outcomes without giant teams or excessive process
Deeply collaborative: work seamlessly across engineering, ML, operations, design, leadership, and customers
Requirements
7 – 10 years of experience as a Product Manager
Evidence of launching products from scratch and driving meaningful customer outcomes
Experience building AI-native products or customer-facing agent systems
Strong technical abilities with the ability to work deeply with engineering and ML teams
Ability to read evaluations, reason through system performance, and prototype ideas
Experience operating in highly ambiguous startup environments with fast iteration cycles
Deep familiarity with AI tools and hands-on experience building with modern AI systems
Desire to work at a startup and cover an exceptionally wide surface area
A strong work ethic and desire to build a category-defining company
Nice-to-haves
Experience with forward deployed environments or customer-embedded product development models
