What we’re looking for

  • Customer-obsessed: Spend time on-site with users on both sides of the marketplace; base decisions on direct customer and worker input
  • AI-native operator: Prototype before writing specs, contribute code, build internal agents for research and analysis
  • Marketplace operator: Deep experience with two-sided marketplaces, liquidity, matching systems, incentives, fulfillment, trust, and health tradeoffs
  • Enterprise B2B muscle: Experience with complex customers, multiple stakeholders, long sales cycles, operational rollouts, regional operators, warehouse leadership, and procurement
