Mobile Engineer, Treasury

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class mobile experience for Treasury users, including working with partners to design and launch new features and capabilities.
• Scope and lead technical projects, laying the groundwork for products to iteratively evolve and scale.
• Design, build, expand, and maintain mobile-specific views, cross-platform components, backing APIs, and services.
• Align technical decisions with broad strategic initiatives while advocating for needs specific to emerging businesses.
• Work with engineers across the company to determine when to leverage existing infrastructure versus building a bespoke solution.
• Make effective tradeoffs that consider business priorities, user experience, and a sustainable technical foundation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of industry experience.
• Experience building mobile applications, including work beyond the client.
• Understanding of good practices for building and working with UIs and APIs.
• Focus on business impact rather than lines of code.
• Ability to internalize ideas, set a compelling vision, and build alignment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to earn trust.
• Commitment to mentorship and developing engineers.
• Preference for simple, scalable solutions and designs.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Enjoy working with diverse teams and areas of expertise.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with React Native.
• Experience ensuring an excellent user experience and ease of use for product features.
• Experience at financial product companies and interest in financial products and markets.
