About the role
Responsibilities
Circuit and sub-system design for X-BAT and its support equipment, including architecture, design, analysis, schematic capture, layout, verification, qualification, integration, and manufacturing
Work with mixed signal systems including high-speed digital, FPGA, compute, analog, power regulation, EMI/EMC, RF
Execute test and qualification campaigns including environmental tests for vibration, altitude, radiation, thermal, humidity
Lead system integration, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
Lead and mentor teammates
Work closely with cross-functional teams (mechanical, embedded, software, manufacturing, thermal, supplier development, reliability, supply chain)
Help automate manufacturing test solutions for volume production
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Electrical Engineer
Strong technical fundamentals
Contributed to and led multiple product design cycles involving EE, ME, and SW engineering
Familiar with CAD software such as Altium or equivalent
Familiar with a PLM system such as Arena or equivalent
Demonstrated track record of extreme ownership, working hard, and delivering outstanding outcomes
