Staff Product Manager, Endpoint Security Posture Management

What You'll Do

Join our team as a Staff Product Manager, where you'll craft a novel Endpoint Security Posture Management product, beginning with Application Control. Collaborate directly with company founders and product leadership to shape the product trajectory.

Responsibilities

• Craft visionary product roadmap for new Endpoint Security Posture Management product, focusing on Application Control, and bring to market.
• Own strategy and roadmap; collaborate with founders, engineering, and design teams from conception through launch.
• Act as intermediary between Product/Engineering and business; communicate technical concepts simply and translate business needs into actionable items.
• Collect customer feedback via surveys, interviews; identify patterns and turn into feature requirements.
• Lead cross-functional meetings, drive momentum, foster collaboration, remove obstacles.
• Collaborate with EDR, ITDR, SIEM, and Platform teams for cross-product opportunities.

What You Bring

• 6+ years in product management within cybersecurity.
• 3+ years developing/managing B2B cybersecurity products with emphasis on application control/secure configuration management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to market new products.
• Track record of innovative roadmaps and strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of endpoint security, application control, secure configuration management.
• Experience using/building Application Control products.
• Prior System Administration experience/skills.
• Ability to influence via stakeholder engagement.
• Strong communication to simplify complex concepts.
• Strong emotional intelligence and collaboration.

Compensation

$230,000 to $250,000 base, plus bonus and equity.
