Responsibilities
Use data to shape Pinterest’s product adoption strategy, translate data into insights and action, communicate recommendations, and update creative best practices.
Develop product and marketing measurement plans, learning agenda, and goals to maximize learning and deliver actionable insights.
Lead end-to-end experimentation from designing, setting up, to reporting on campaign/test performance across business, behavioral, product adoption, and channel metrics.
Build and maintain central reporting dashboards for product lifecycle, GTM performance, and in-product marketing impact.

Requirements
8+ years analyzing data in fast-paced, data-driven environment (e.g., consumer tech).
Expert in SQL or Python/R; experience with analytical tools/dashboards like Tableau or Apache Superset.
Experienced in global product/marketing measurement frameworks, A/B tests, multivariate tests, data-driven user segmentation, funnel analysis.
Entrepreneurial self-starter, scrappy problem solver, comfortable with technical work and self-serve tooling.
Strong communication skills for engineers, PMMs, and executives.
High-energy team player with cross-functional collaboration skills.
Aptitude to scale team processes and influence organization.
Graduate degree in quantitative field (mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering) or equivalent.
