About the role

Responsibilities

  • Use data to shape Pinterest’s product adoption strategy, translate data into insights and action, communicate recommendations, and update creative best practices.
  • Develop product and marketing measurement plans, learning agenda, and goals to maximize learning and deliver actionable insights.
  • Lead end-to-end experimentation from designing, setting up, to reporting on campaign/test performance across business, behavioral, product adoption, and channel metrics.
  • Build and maintain central reporting dashboards for product lifecycle, GTM performance, and in-product marketing impact.
  • Socialize actionable insights with cross-functional partners to inform decisions and planning.
  • Establish best practices and center of excellence on product marketing measurement.

Requirements

  • 8+ years analyzing data in fast-paced, data-driven environment (e.g., consumer tech).
  • Expert in SQL or Python/R; experience with analytical tools/dashboards like Tableau or Apache Superset.
  • Experienced in global product/marketing measurement frameworks, A/B tests, multivariate tests, data-driven user segmentation, funnel analysis.
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter, scrappy problem solver, comfortable with technical work and self-serve tooling.
  • Strong communication skills for engineers, PMMs, and executives.
  • High-energy team player with cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Aptitude to scale team processes and influence organization.
  • Graduate degree in quantitative field (mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering) or equivalent.
