Key Responsibilities

Strategic Roadmap Development & Execution

  • Define, maintain, and communicate a multi-quarter technology roadmap across Salesforce Platform, Lead to Opportunity, and Adopt to Consume value streams aligned to revenue growth targets
  • Translate executive vision and business strategy into concrete, prioritized product initiatives with measurable outcomes
  • Partner with senior business stakeholders (Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance) to validate highest-impact Salesforce platform investments
  • Conduct quarterly roadmap reviews with leadership, adjusting priorities based on business performance data and market dynamics
  • Balance short-term delivery commitments with long-term platform scalability and architectural integrity

SAFe Agile Product Leadership

  • Operate as Product Management leader within SAFe Agile framework across one or more Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
  • Drive Program Increment (PI) Planning, ensuring team-level objectives ladder up to portfolio-level epics
  • Maintain and prioritize Program Backlog, including definition and decomposition of Epics and Features into actionable stories
  • Author and validate Feature acceptance criteria aligned to business value hypotheses and measurable KPIs
  • Lead pre-PI and post-PI ceremonies including System Demos, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and stakeholder readouts
  • Apply Lean-Agile principles including WSJF for continuous prioritization and flow-based delivery metrics

Salesforce Platform

  • Own platform product roadmap encompassing org configuration, data model governance, integration architecture, security and compliance controls, release management, and scalability planning
  • Govern platform standards across declarative and programmatic development (Flows, Apex, LWC)
  • Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce capabilities, AppExchange solutions, and platform investments
  • Lead capacity and dependency management across platform teams

Lead to Opportunity Value Stream

  • Drive product discovery and delivery for the full sales funnel in Salesforce: lead capture, routing and assignment, lead-to-contact conversion, account matching, opportunity creation, pipeline management, and forecasting
  • Partner with Sales Strategy and Revenue Operations to identify friction points in seller workflows
  • Own integrations between Salesforce Sales Cloud and complementary GTM tools (Outreach, ZoomInfo platform)
  • Define and track metrics: lead response time, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, forecast accuracy

Adopt to Consume Value Stream

  • Own Salesforce product roadmap supporting Customer Success and Customer Experience: onboarding automation, customer health scoring, escalation management, renewal and expansion triggers, CS team productivity tooling
  • Collaborate with Customer Success leadership to define world-class post-sale digital experience
  • Drive integrations between Salesforce Service/Experience Cloud and customer data platforms, support systems, and product usage telemetry
  • Establish and monitor outcome metrics: time-to-value, customer health score trends, churn risk reduction, NPS correlation, renewal rates

People Management & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers and Business Analysts
  • Set clear goals and performance expectations aligned to SAFe roles; provide regular coaching and feedback
  • Recruit and build out team capacity in alignment with portfolio scope growth
  • Foster high-performance, collaborative team culture grounded in continuous learning and Agile mindset

Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Serve as primary product leadership interface for senior stakeholder ecosystem including Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Marketing, IT, and C-suite
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder engagement plans; proactively manage expectations around delivery timelines and tradeoffs
  • Design and facilitate structured intake and prioritization processes
  • Communicate roadmap progress, delivery risks, and business impact in compelling formats
  • Lead cross-functional working sessions, business requirement workshops, and solution design reviews

Business Analysis & Requirements Excellence

  • Partner with Business Analysts to ensure rigorous discovery, documentation, and validation of business requirements
  • Establish standards for user story writing, acceptance criteria definition, and process mapping
  • Oversee current-state and future-state process analysis
  • Champion data integrity, reporting, and analytics as core requirements

Qualifications

Required

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a B2B SaaS or revenue technology environment
  • 3+ years of direct people management experience leading product and/or business analysis teams
  • Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce — including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud — as a product owner or product manager
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or equivalent) strongly preferred
