About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for publicly traded clients (IROs and C-Suite), using the AI-driven "Q" platform to provide proactive, high-level counsel on equity and institutional ownership trends.
  • Build and retain client relationships by acting as an expert user of the technology, ensuring clients adopt and see value in the Q platform.
  • Act as an "expert prompt engineer," utilizing Generative AI tools to automate routine data processing (earnings prep, script analysis) and focus on high-value, strategic client interactions.
  • Remain fluent on market trends as well as best practices in investor relations, shareholder targeting, corporate governance, and shareholder engagement.
  • Provide predictive insights and "need-to-know" alerts on market anomalies, trading drivers, and shareholder activism risks using proprietary surveillance agents.

  • Generate accurate and timely client deliverables in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Partner with others across the organization to improve efficiencies and generate new ideas.
  • Partner with sales and marketing to demonstrate the value of the AI-powered surveillance offering, identifying upsell opportunities.

  • Serve as a point of contact for the sales team and marketing to drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of relevant capital markets experience (strong preference for industry-specific stock surveillance experience).
  • Demonstrated interest in Capital Markets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Docs.
  • BA or BS Degree – preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, or Computer Sciences.
  • Superior analytical reasoning.
  • Proficiency with Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) to assist with drafting communications, summarizing documents, and streamlining workflows.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Enjoy working directly with clients and a dynamic team.
  • Ability to absorb and analyze large datasets in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
  • Focused attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
  • Driven to expand knowledge and solve problems.

  • Fluency in market trends, investor relations best practices, shareholder targeting, corporate governance, and shareholder engagement.
  • Experience acting as a senior leader or trainer for newer team members.
