Responsibilities

Own Creative Fabrica’s presence and organic distribution across Reddit and relevant online communities.
Identify subreddits, Discord communities, forums, and niche platforms where potential users are active; learn each community’s culture, rules, language, and interests.
Participate genuinely in relevant conversations by contributing useful information, ideas, and resources rather than promotion.
Create community-native content, including product use cases, comparisons, experiments, workflows, and results.
Run frequent experiments across communities, formats, concepts, and initiatives to generate organic conversation and awareness.
Build relationships with moderators, community owners, and power users to develop AMAs, partnerships, exclusive access, challenges, and other initiatives.
Collaborate with Product Marketing and creative teams on platform-native product launches.
Monitor conversations about Creative Fabrica, competitors, and the broader AI market; share feedback, requests, and competitive insights.
Measure reach, engagement, referral traffic, and mentions, and document approaches that work.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in community, Reddit, social media, audience development, or another internet-native growth role.
Deep understanding of Reddit, including subreddit dynamics, moderation, karma, community rules, and content performance.
Strong understanding of Discord, forums, other online communities, and internet culture.
Demonstrated ability to generate meaningful organic engagement through community participation or content.
Excellent written English and conversational copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone across communities.
Strong judgment, patience, and understanding of the difference between effective distribution and spam.
Proactive, high-output, experimental mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and referral data.

Track record of growing products or brands through Reddit or driving significant organic community traffic.
Experience running or moderating a subreddit, Discord server, or other community.
Relationships with moderators in AI or technology communities.
Experience with social listening and community-monitoring tools.
Experience turning community feedback into product and marketing insights.
Experience with AI, SaaS, or consumer products.
Familiarity with Hacker News, Product Hunt, and emerging AI communities.
Experience in a fast-moving, high-autonomy startup environment.
