People Partner

The People Partner advises technology leaders on people strategy, organizational design, talent planning, and change management. The role requires 10+ years of HR business partner experience, strong analytical and project management skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic consultant to senior leaders and managers, aligning business and people strategies to optimize the user and employee experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and drive programs that advance the People Strategy.
  • Use data, insights, and people expertise to inform strategy, organizational structure, and program decisions while promoting organizational health and productivity.
  • Advise and coach leaders and managers on organizational design, strategy, change management, and initiatives focused on efficiency, cross-functional collaboration, and decentralized decision-making.
  • Support global talent and organizational planning by identifying and investing in critical talent and planning for future business needs.
  • Promote a culture guided by operating principles that elevates employee capability and collaboration.
  • Support the leadership team and organization through continued growth and evolution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as an HR business partner, preferably in a mix of fast-growing technology companies and established organizations.
  • Experience supporting functions within a technology organization.
  • Experience partnering with and influencing senior leaders to drive people strategy and business results.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to design clear processes and take a detail-oriented yet flexible approach to problem solving.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to partner and influence across diverse groups and experience levels.

  • Enjoys coaching and developing high-impact teams.

Work Arrangement

  • Requires 50% on-site presence in one of the company's office locations.
