About the role
What you’ll do
Support assigned projects for the Global Trade Compliance team
Collect, organize, and analyze trade-related data for reports, trackers, and internal summaries
Conduct research on trade, operational, or regulatory topics and prepare concise summaries of findings
Assist with development of process documentation, workflow materials, and team trackers
Help identify data gaps, inconsistencies, or follow-up items and escalate findings as needed
Support projects exploring how AI tools can improve workflow and process efficiency
Prepare clear written summaries, presentations, or project materials for internal use
Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience
Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in international business, business, supply chain, logistics, economics, global studies, data analytics, project management or a related field
Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured data
Proficiency with Google Workspace, especially Sheets, Docs, and Slides
Interest in research, process improvement, and project-based work
Interest in AI tools and technology-enabled workflows is a plus
Prior trade compliance experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to commit to a minimum 12 week summer internship
