About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies aligned with Posh’s vision, defining and communicating the product roadmap while prioritizing features based on customer needs, business value, and long-term impact.
  • Collaborate with UXR, GTM, design, and product teams to analyze market data, customer feedback, and user research to inform product decisions.
  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch, working with cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products with validation plans; pivot when necessary.
  • Own and define key performance metrics for the Consumer experience, using structured experimentation to understand success/failure and guide future decisions.
  • Anticipate and resolve trade-offs, especially those conflicting with organizer needs, finding creative solutions to align decisions with organizational goals.
  • Coach and influence the team to improve overall expertise, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Manage relationships with executive leadership and partners; communicate product updates, progress, and results to ensure alignment and transparency.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience, with ownership of discovery or growth at a consumer marketplace or social app.
  • Experience leading and shipping large initiatives with clear business impact, ideally including 0-1 first-to-market product bets.
  • Demonstrated prototyping skills, using tools like AI to bring concepts to life when design or engineering capacity is limited.
  • Ability to run structured top-of-funnel product discovery and visioning work (archetypes, problem mapping, strategic framing) that drives roadmap decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with proven experience managing priorities across cross-functional partners.
  • Proactive in seeking constructive criticism and continuously improving.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Productboard, or Linear.
  • Track record of delivering successful products that drive measurable business growth.
  • Passion for live events and IRL experiences.

  • Experience in ambiguous "what should this even be" territory combined with disciplined, metrics-driven execution.
