About the role
Responsibilities
Act as the primary subject matter expert and trusted advisor for the Impartner PRM platform, defining and aligning on partner portal workflows, deal registration policies, and lead distribution procedures.
Serve as the strategic liaison between Partner teams and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are documented, articulating the “what” and “why,” for platform developers.
Analyze and document "as-is" and "to-be" process flows to identify gaps, friction points, and automation opportunities converted into technical requirements.
Maintain a holistic view of Salesforce and Impartner sync logic, user personas, and data flows to ensure configurations do not break upstream or downstream GTM systems.
Partner with solution architects and development teams to design scalable integrations between Salesforce.com, Impartner, and adjacent technologies like marketing automation or ERP.
Collaborate with end-users, technical squads, and change enablement teams from discovery through requirements, build, UAT, and deployment.
Maintain a quarterly operational roadmap of enhancements for partner experience, targeting channel efficiency, accurate pipeline reporting, and scale readiness.
Set and track critical metrics for initiatives, ensuring success through partner adoption and operational targets.
Qualifications
Required:
8+ years hands-on experience configuring, managing, or owning the Impartner PRM platform (including Deal Registration, Partner Analytics, or Locator). Impartner Certified Administrator preferred.
5+ years experience with Salesforce.com (CRM), deep understanding of standard objects (Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities) and sync with external PRM tools.
6-8 years of product ownership, product management, or business analysis experience in an agile environment.
Demonstrated ability to document complex workflows and perform to-be gap analyses.
Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills with track record of aligning diverse stakeholders.
Success in running project timelines, managing backlogs, communicating across units, and driving decisions.
Desired:
Salesforce Certified Administrator.
Experience in Agile methodology (Scaled Agile / SAFe a plus).
Experience consolidating partner portals or CRM systems from M&A.
Experience with Cloud Coach and Professional Services workflow.
Experience with global GTM or Channel Operations, navigating localization or currency requirements.
