Implementation Manager I

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the implementation process.
• Conduct impact analysis with clients to determine requirements for successful implementations.
• Document requirements in standard project templates and tools, and obtain client approval before initiating builds.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans and open-items logs.
• Coordinate across functional teams and with clients to ensure timely completion of work and go-live readiness.
• Monitor progress using weekly status reports.
• Assist with escalated client, member, and project issues.
• Provide go-live support.
• Facilitate internal post-implementation review meetings.
• Mentor and support colleagues throughout the implementation process.
• Support high-volume, high-profile clients, including Superbrokers and 340B clients.
• Identify opportunities through trend analysis and process improvement.
• Participate in ad hoc project requests, process improvement efforts, and focus groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5–8 years of related work experience required.
• Strong communication skills across face-to-face meetings, conference calls, and written correspondence.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Self-starter with sound decision-making, creative problem-solving, and strong follow-through.
• Solutions-oriented, execution-focused, and efficiency-driven.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced technology environment.

Nice to Have

• Healthcare and/or pharmacy experience.
• Salesforce experience.

Compensation and Benefits

• ATS-listed annual base salary range: $87,600–$123,600 USD.
• Actual base pay varies by work location, job level, knowledge, skills, and experience.
