About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design the core web app and creative AI tooling.
  • Create brand surfaces including the website, launch assets, marketing, and social presence.
  • Partner with the design engineer on the design system.
  • Prototype new product directions alongside company leadership and the broader team.
  • Help set the bar for visual quality across shipped work.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of design experience at consumer or creative-forward companies.
  • A portfolio combining strong product design, distinctive visual work, side projects, or an interesting visual point of view.
  • Experience taking designs from wireframes through high fidelity and ready-to-ship execution.
  • Strong opinions and effective collaboration with engineers.

Nice to Have

  • Mixed experience in product design and brand design.
  • Background at companies such as Figma, Notion, Linear, Arc, Stripe, Vercel, Adobe, Anthropic, a creative studio, or a tasteful startup.

Not a Fit

  • Recent work focused heavily on enterprise products.
  • Brand-only experience without recent product design work.
  • Reliance on a large design organization to be productive.
