About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop action-oriented insights to drive product strategy through observational causal analysis and experiment meta-analysis.
  • Communicate results and recommendations clearly to stakeholders, including C-suite leaders.
  • Improve experimentation practices by guiding A/B test design, execution, and deep-dive analyses.
  • Create and maintain ETLs, tables, dashboards, and self-service tools for data scientists and cross-functional partners.
  • Design, evaluate, and measure team-level KPIs to support quarterly goal setting and demonstrate impact.
  • Engage stakeholders throughout projects to gather feedback, share progress, and maintain alignment on business goals and outcomes.
  • Mentor junior data scientists and business partners on data science methods and best practices.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, Operations Research, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline, plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related field; or
  • Bachelor's degree in one of the listed quantitative disciplines, plus 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related field.
  • Any suitable combination of education, training, and experience is acceptable.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary range: $229,000.00–$267,100.00 USD
  • Eligible for equity in the form of restricted stock units; commission eligibility may apply depending on the position offered.
