Responsibilities
Develop action-oriented insights to drive product strategy through observational causal analysis and experiment meta-analysis.
Communicate results and recommendations clearly to stakeholders, including C-suite leaders.
Improve experimentation practices by guiding A/B test design, execution, and deep-dive analyses.
Create and maintain ETLs, tables, dashboards, and self-service tools for data scientists and cross-functional partners.
Design, evaluate, and measure team-level KPIs to support quarterly goal setting and demonstrate impact.
Engage stakeholders throughout projects to gather feedback, share progress, and maintain alignment on business goals and outcomes.
Mentor junior data scientists and business partners on data science methods and best practices.
Requirements
Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, Operations Research, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline, plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related field; or
Bachelor's degree in one of the listed quantitative disciplines, plus 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related field.

Base salary range: $229,000.00–$267,100.00 USD
