Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain machine learning models on business-related data.
- Apply statistical methods to analyze large, complex datasets and extract actionable insights.
- Partner with stakeholders across Product, GTM, and Business teams to identify opportunities and solve high-impact problems.
- Support deployment, evaluation, and monitoring of models in production environments.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Data Science.
- Strong statistical background.
- Solid understanding of classical machine learning models and algorithms.
- Experience working with business data, such as product, marketing, revenue, and user behavior data.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience with modern AI coding tools, such as Claude Code and Cursor.
- Experience working with Git.
- Experience with data warehouses and platforms such as Snowflake and/or Databricks.
- Experience working in modern data environments and pipelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience working in production environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
