Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and build internal and external AI systems that power hiring, sales, operations, and company scaling.
• Build production-grade AI workflows, automations, and AI agent systems for company operations and customer experience.
• Own real projects from day one, ship code to production, and solve operational and AI challenges.
• Work across product, engineering, go-to-market, operations, and AI systems.
• Potentially design AI solutions for enterprise customers, build integrations, and serve as a technical advisor.
• Potentially build AI systems, internal tooling, automations, and infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• Degree must be completed before joining; candidates still completing a bachelor's or master's degree are not eligible.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Demonstrated engineering ability through internships, research, startup experience, or significant personal projects.

Nice-to-Haves

• Two or more software engineering internships.
• Experience building production software through internships, research, startups, or personal projects.
• Backend development experience.
• Experience with APIs, AI tooling, or full-stack applications.
• Interest in building from scratch, learning quickly, taking ownership, and solving hard technical problems with business impact.

Compensation and Benefits

• Cash compensation: $83,000–$104,000.
• Three cash-equity balance options with offers determined upfront.
