Responsibilities

Partner with product, design, and analytics from problem definition through launch, including writing specifications.
Build and refine systems supporting acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
Own Android development while contributing to iOS, backend, or web work as needed.
Use AI coding tools and agents for cross-stack code generation, spec-driven development, and faster iteration.
Translate customer pain points and business goals into technical solutions.
Run and instrument A/B tests, funnels, activation flows, and retention experiments; evaluate results against growth metrics.
Develop scalable architecture and guide app development and testing strategies.
Ship iteratively, prioritize MVPs, and balance speed with quality.
Create unit and UI automation tests.
Own projects end-to-end from specification through launch and iteration.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent technical experience.
4+ years of industry experience building, shipping, and maintaining mobile applications at scale, with a strong focus on Android.
Strong ownership, communication, cross-functional collaboration, and product judgment.
Willingness to contribute across Android, iOS, backend, and web.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or ChatGPT.
Fluency in Kotlin and reactive or functional paradigms, including Coroutines/Flow and RxJava.
Experience with modern Android architectures including MVVM, MVI, MVP, and Clean Architecture.
Experience with Jetpack components, XML layouts, and Jetpack Compose.
Knowledge of coding standards, code reviews, Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and mobile release operations.

Experience with mobile analytics and experimentation tools such as Amplitude, feature flags, and A/B testing frameworks.
Familiarity with iOS development, backend development, or web development with React and TypeScript.
