What You’ll Be Working On
Project Planning & Execution Support
- Support the development and execution of comprehensive project plans, including technical design and material specifications
- Ensure absolute alignment between project budgets and critical-path schedules
Electrical System Design & Engineering
- Contribute to the design and specification of electrical systems for large-scale power projects
- Work with power generation equipment, transformers, and the full spectrum of low, medium, and high-voltage cabling and wiring
Technical Documentation
- Develop and review high-fidelity technical documentation, engineering drawings, and specifications to ensure "production-ready" designs
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure all electrical designs and installations comply with relevant safety standards, local/national codes, and global regulations
Procurement Management
- Manage the end-to-end procurement of specialized electrical equipment
- Work closely with vendors to ensure quality and lead-time requirements are met
Installation & Commissioning Oversight
- Oversee the physical installation and commissioning of electrical systems at field locations, both domestically and internationally
- Ensure systems are "live" and operational per specifications
Stakeholder Communication
- Contribute to regular project status meetings
- Provide clear, effective technical communication to cross-functional stakeholders
What You’ll Bring to the Team
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of proven experience in industrial environments, with a preference for experience in power generation and distribution
Technical Expertise
- In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering principles, including power systems, control systems, and electrical safety standards
- Experience with electrical equipment design, procurement, and installation
- Familiarity with relevant industry codes and regulations (e.g., NEC)

- Proven ability to be a contributing member in a high performing team
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Flexibility to travel to field locations up to 25%, or as required
Bonus Points
- Professional Engineer License
- Experience with renewable energy technologies
