Senior Product Manager - AI Clinical Tools

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for automation across Sprinter Health’s technology and operations stack
• Build full stack AI products from foundation model translation to agentic flow orchestration, point of care decision support, and monitoring/evaluation
• Interface with patients, front-line Sprinters, cross-functional teams, leadership, and executive sponsors at partner clients
• Serve as an internal domain expert on AI and clinical tooling; team leadership opportunities available based on experience

What you have done

• 5+ years of product management experience with strong background in AI-driven product development or clinical tooling
• Experience deploying AI products, automation, or ML-driven solutions in healthcare, logistics, or operations-heavy environments
• Ability to understand and optimize complex clinical workflows while balancing tech-enablement, patient impact, and clinician satisfaction
• Track record of robust experimentation and data-driven product development at scale
• Comfort thriving in fast-paced environments and collaborating across team needs

Bonus points if you have

• Startup experience, especially at companies that have gone through rapid growth
• AI side projects
