Responsibilities
- Develop robust, general-purpose robotic manipulation modules.
- Implement advanced algorithms in ROS, including real-time control and manipulation.
- Design behavior trees and decision-making frameworks.
- Integrate perception and control systems for autonomous robot operations.
- Build and maintain simulation environments for system validation.
- Lead the development of advanced algorithms for robot navigation and control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable robotics solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, master's (MS), or PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, AI, ML, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in robotics, manipulator systems, control systems, localization, mapping, and navigation.
- Experience with motion-planning algorithms for 6-DOF manipulators.
- Expertise creating ROS 2 drivers, with proficiency in MoveIt 2 for manipulation and Nav2 for navigation.
- Proficiency with simulation environments such as Isaac Sim.
- Excellent programming skills in Python and C++, with familiarity with ROS.
- Ability to lead and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
