Insight & Analytics Strategist

This role turns customer, CRM, and conversation data into actionable client and account insights, partnering closely with agency teams to influence decisions and outcomes. It requires 4+ years of analytics experience, strong SQL and Snowflake skills, stakeholder communication, and comfort operationalizing ambiguous analytical work.

About the role

Responsibilities

  • Operationalize customer analytics data by building pipelines and analysis that turn call and meeting intelligence into structured signals.
  • Deliver client and account insights including segmentation, health signals, and account-level narratives for client dossiers and QBR preparation.
  • Work with agency workflows and account teams to turn ad hoc requests into recurring, trustworthy analysis.
  • Translate insights into recommended actions, track adoption, and follow up on outcomes.
  • Build analytics products that provide account teams and clients with a shared view of account health.
  • Partner with Analytics Engineering on governed metric definitions and the semantic layer; identify gaps for the team to address.
  • Demonstrate attributable impact through insight-to-action wins tied to client accounts.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in analytics, insights, or analytics engineering, ideally in a client-facing, agency, or consulting environment.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience querying a modern cloud warehouse such as Snowflake.
  • Experience converting unstructured or semi-structured data, including call transcripts, CRM notes, or support tickets, into structured analytical signals.
  • Experience working directly with non-technical stakeholders to shape questions, deliver answers, and drive action.
  • Comfort with BI and reporting tools for client-facing and internal analysis.
  • Strong written, verbal, and data storytelling skills.
  • Fluency with AI-assisted tools in analytical workflows.
  • Iterative, value-focused delivery approach.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and working independently in a standalone role.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in a digital marketing agency, multifamily or real estate, or another client-services environment.
  • Experience with conversation intelligence tools such as Gong or Chorus.
  • Experience building client segmentation or account health scoring models.
  • Familiarity with dbt, MetricFlow, or other semantic-layer tooling.
  • Experience navigating a dotted-line or matrixed reporting structure.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $125,000 to $145,000.
  • 4-day, 32-hour work week.
  • Work from anywhere.

  • 3 weeks of PTO.

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
