Responsibilities
- Working closely with our product team to translate customer needs into technical solutions
- Creating intelligent configuration interfaces that allow our AI to adapt to customer needs
- Designing and implementing integration frameworks connecting our AI with customer systems
- Establishing modern engineering practices and infrastructure for an AI-first product
- Implementing robust analytics to measure and improve our AI's effectiveness
- Leading the development of innovative features that push the boundaries of AI in real estate
- Mentoring engineers and elevating the team's capabilities with LLM technologies
Requirements
- Strong people leadership experience and bias for action
- Must have hands-on experience in architecting, designing and implementing agentic AI systems
- Very strong experience in architecting and implementing scalable agentic systems
- Hands-on experience using at least one agentic framework and familiarity with other agentic frameworks
- Hands-on experience using cutting edge LLM, fine-tuning LLM and integrating them in production grade software used by real users
- Proven track record in fast-paced startup environments and collaborating with global teams
- Must have expertise in React and Python or Node.js
- Knowledge of ML, AI, LLMs
