HR Generalist
Supports employee experience and people strategy across assigned business teams in the Americas, advising managers and employees and delivering core HR programs. Requires 8+ years of progressive HR experience, broad expertise across HR disciplines, strong analytical and investigative skills, and experience with HR data tools.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Business Talent teams to support Employee Experience and people strategies for assigned business teams.
- Serve as a key HR contact, understand business strategies and roadmaps, and resolve employee matters.
- Intake, analyze, and execute solutions for a broad range of employee issues.
- Advise and coach managers and employees on sensitive people matters and functional guidance.
- Promote HR self-service resources and enable employees to resolve routine matters independently.
- Partner with Centers of Expertise on performance management, compensation reviews, talent reviews, employee listening, and other cyclical programs.
- Collaborate with Legal, Total Rewards, Talent Operations, and other functional teams to deliver compliant, high-quality employee experiences.
- Identify trends and patterns, contribute organizational insights, and support proactive issue mitigation.
- Track KPIs and metrics to measure performance, trends, and impact.
- Maintain accurate HR data in Workday.
- Promote company values and diversity and belonging.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience in fast-moving, high-growth, global companies.
- Expertise in at least four HR areas, such as HR business partnering, compensation, recruiting, employee relations, or talent management.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, compensation, benefits, recruiting, employee relations, talent management, organization design, and change management.
- Ability to understand business strategy and how teams and functions contribute to organizational goals.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, investigative, judgment, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience influencing and advising managers and senior leaders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams, functions, and regions.
- Bachelor's degree in an HR-related field required; master's degree preferred. Relevant specializations include organizational behavior, organizational development, employment law, compensation, statistics, or business.
- Experience using Google Suite to collect, analyze, and visualize HR data.
- Experience using AI platforms and tools to manage work products and outcomes.
- Strong commitment to internal and external customer experience.

- Experience using Workday.
- Experience with headcount planning, attrition analytics, and employee survey results.
- Passion for travel.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base pay range: $157,000–$185,000 USD annually.
- May be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
