About the role

What You'll Do

  • Lead brand campaigns end to end: Conceive, build, and execute integrated brand campaigns (awareness, cultural moments, product narrative arcs) from brief to launch to measurement
  • Creative Campaign Strategy & Execution: Own the strategy & execution of 360 creative campaigns, ensuring strong briefs, clear processes and exceptional execution
  • Strategy & Planning: Lead the strategy, planning, including aligning on business objectives and priorities, defining the product and audience specific growth narrative for the year, developing a strategy to meet brand/business goals
  • Shape the brand narrative: Translate complex AI and product capabilities into clear, emotionally resonant stories that resonate with both technical and non-technical consumer audiences
  • Partner with Creative: Work closely with creative, design, production, and copy to ensure all brand outputs are high-craft and on-strategy
  • Cultural marketing: Identify the right cultural moments, communities, and collabs that can expand Replit's reach and relevance without feeling forced
  • Agency & Creative Management: Work directly with multiple agencies, internal creative, production, business affairs, and PR agencies to build break-through, consumer-centric work that is focused on driving short and medium term audience growth, product trial and overall user engagement

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of brand marketing experience at a high-growth B2C or beloved consumer tech company, with a clear track record of building and evolving brands that people care about
  • Experience leading & developing best in class campaigns, with a proven ability to develop robust G2M plans and break through creative executions
  • AI-native: actively using AI tools to scale your creative and strategic output
  • Impeccable creative judgment: you know great work when you see it, you know how to brief for it, and you're not afraid to push back when it misses
  • Deep understanding of how brand connects to business outcomes; you can speak fluently about awareness funnels, brand health tracking, and the long game of building trust at scale
  • Strong narrative instincts: you can find the insight, build the arc, and land the message for any audience
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and at speed; you don't need committee consensus to make smart decisions
  • Strong leadership presence and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions
  • Outstanding commercial understanding & strong data and analytical skills
  • Experience in data-led decision making; ability to interpret extensive data and identify the opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Excellent organizational skills to balance many tasks without losing sight of the highest priority items and a desire to create and build new processes to enable organizational efficiency

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience at consumer tech, B2C, or AI company
  • Background working with or managing external creative agencies
  • A point of view on what makes AI brands distinct — and what most of them get wrong
  • Active Replit user; you’ve built and shipped something with the product
