About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define how Krea presents itself visually by setting the creative direction and bar for all assets produced.
  • Create core creative assets for product launches, new features, and ongoing product communication - visuals, motion, video, and presentations.
  • Produce educational content (visuals, videos, demos, tutorials) to help users understand Krea usage and possibilities.
  • Create assets for enterprise conversations, including demos, workshop materials, and custom visuals for partners and customers.
  • Support and manage Krea’s CPP/artist program, working with creators to shape and showcase outputs.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and growth teams to turn capabilities into compelling creative narratives.

Requirements

  • Strong creative background in art direction, filmmaking, visual design, or production.
  • Experience with generative image and video models, with portfolio showing thoughtful prompting, iteration, and creative control.
  • Strong motion and editing sensibility with modern pacing and attention to craft.
  • Excellent taste and clear point of view on visuals, storytelling, and presentation.
  • Comfortable creating across formats: product assets, social content, short form video, educational materials.
  • Ability to work independently and own projects end-to-end.
  • Genuine interest in AI tools and creative experimentation.
