Responsibilities
Lead technical implementation for Ditto’s App Builder.
Help customers solve complex issues involving SDKs, architecture, performance, scaling, and related solutions.
Advise on best practices for developing mobile applications using Ditto at scale.
Advocate for customer needs by working with engineering and product teams to debug and reproduce issues and escalate problems as needed.
Design and build user interfaces and APIs with developers and product managers.
Support application development teams with delivery requirements and pipelines, including security and authentication, integration and testing, and production distributions.
Design, implement, test, deploy, and provide operational support and troubleshooting for mission-critical applications.
Requirements
At least 3 years in an active software development role.
Experience developing applications using Swift.
Experience with networking protocols and communications such as REST, TCP, UDP, and QUIC.
Experience developing with databases on mobile devices.
Ability to understand code, logs, and stack traces and debug in distributed environments.
Knowledge of test automation frameworks and common CI/CD practices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience with written architecture and design documents.
