About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform discovery through user interviews, session replay, data analysis, etc. and present findings to the team.
  • Translate cutting-edge AI advances into practical features for researchers.
  • Surface trends and insights from customer feedback to inform product choices.
  • Optimize existing flows to reduce friction, lower churn, and increase conversion.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure Anara remains the best way to do scientific research with AI.

Requirements

  • Quick, scrappy, and a builder; product moves lightning fast (features from idea to production in days).
  • 2+ years combined in product management and engineering, including at least 1 year as a professional engineer.
  • World-class design and product taste.
  • Independently built and scaled a product to at least a few thousand users (e.g., side project or open-source).
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environment (ideally startup) with ability to drive forward with little oversight.

Compensation

  • $150K - $200K base salary.
  • 0.50% - 1.00% equity.
