Staff/Lead Product Manager, Financial Audit Agents

Responsibilities

• Build enterprise-grade AI agents that increase efficiency, quality, and practitioner experience across each stage of the audit lifecycle from planning and risk assessment to audit execution and reporting.
• Bring a fresh, AI-native mindset to solving long-standing industry challenges, while building interactively with audit practitioners at the world’s largest firms.
• Be extremely customer centric: understand customer needs, then define and ship zero-to-one features and enhance and scale one-to-n features.
• Shape the product roadmap: work with engineering and product development teams to quickly define, ship, and deliver impact with new features.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including customer success, sales, and marketing to gather feedback, communicate product strategy, and drive the introduction and adoption of product features.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in product management with deep emphasis on AI Agents.
• Experience building production agentic systems for complex workflows or domains.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
• Comfortable with ambiguity which comes with launching new products.
• Degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience as a Financial Audit Practitioner and/or building Financial Audit products for the CPA market.
