About the role
Key Responsibilities
Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Senior Living products.
Become the product expert for areas of responsibility, including product functionality and customer/user value.
Serve as the voice of the customer to a scrum team (engineering and UX); partner with engineering leads to manage ceremonies.
Maintain a prioritized backlog; write user stories, acceptance criteria, and other delivery artifacts.
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, customer success, and clinical stakeholders.
Identify, communicate, and manage risks; bring the right people together to resolve issues.
Manage products through the full development lifecycle (discovery, strategy, delivery, iteration).
Use qualitative and quantitative techniques to understand customer/user needs and pain points.
Prioritize product investments and trade-offs using data-driven analysis; create business cases and quantify ROI.
Engage with UX, Engineering, Technical Writers, and other PMs using modern agile processes and Design Thinking.
Liaise with Software Commercialization, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Success to ensure successful launches.
Understand the broader product portfolio and how solutions create customer value.
Participate in industry events and lead customer/partner-facing engagements as a product expert.
Understand the competitive landscape.
Inspire, energize, and motivate cross-functional teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science, or computer engineering.
5+ years of Software Product Management experience.
Experience working in healthcare technology is a plus.
Experience working with Cloud - Azure hosted environments.
Proven track record of managing products, innovation, and a general curiosity and drive for building great products.
Strong written and oral communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Solid understanding of Agile practices.
Experience managing SaaS products.
Compensation & Benefits
US base salary range: $144,600 - $160,700 + bonus + benefits.
