About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Senior Living products.
  • Become the product expert for areas of responsibility, including product functionality and customer/user value.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to a scrum team (engineering and UX); partner with engineering leads to manage ceremonies.
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog; write user stories, acceptance criteria, and other delivery artifacts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, customer success, and clinical stakeholders.
  • Identify, communicate, and manage risks; bring the right people together to resolve issues.
  • Manage products through the full development lifecycle (discovery, strategy, delivery, iteration).
  • Use qualitative and quantitative techniques to understand customer/user needs and pain points.
  • Prioritize product investments and trade-offs using data-driven analysis; create business cases and quantify ROI.
  • Engage with UX, Engineering, Technical Writers, and other PMs using modern agile processes and Design Thinking.
  • Liaise with Software Commercialization, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Success to ensure successful launches.
  • Understand the broader product portfolio and how solutions create customer value.
  • Participate in industry events and lead customer/partner-facing engagements as a product expert.
  • Understand the competitive landscape.
  • Inspire, energize, and motivate cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science, or computer engineering.
  • 5+ years of Software Product Management experience.
  • Experience working in healthcare technology is a plus.
  • Experience working with Cloud - Azure hosted environments.
  • Proven track record of managing products, innovation, and a general curiosity and drive for building great products.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of Agile practices.
  • Experience managing SaaS products.

Compensation & Benefits

  • US base salary range: $144,600 - $160,700 + bonus + benefits.
