Responsibilities
Own Extend's company social presence on X and LinkedIn end-to-end — strategy, cadence, voice, content, social listening, engagement, and reporting
Own the process, strategy, and cadence of executive content program — build intake system to turn meetings, learnings, and opinions into posts
Build a content engine that compounds: distribute blog posts, customer stories, launches, and technical write-ups across company and executive accounts
Design and run social-first campaigns around launches, customer wins, and product moments in coordination with marketing, product, and engineering
Eventually hire and manage contractors (video editors, designers, ghostwriters) and own social budget
Requirements
Strong writing and speaking skills to explain technical ideas simply (LLMs, document processing, evals, agents)
Live where developer and tech culture is shaped online — know accounts, memes, in-jokes, unwritten rules
Direct experience scaling social media and ghostwriting, with portfolio of accounts built or grown on X/LinkedIn (with numbers)

Experience and interest in producing video content (short-form, podcast clips, founder-led video)
