About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards in areas including prepaid expense, fixed assets, lease, intangible amortization, expense allocation, reimbursement/credit liabilities.
  • Support period-end close activities, including complex journal entries, reconciliations, and analysis.
  • Support month end close process including assisting with global consolidation process.
  • Analyze and explain monthly balance sheet and income statement fluctuations and variances.
  • Support internal and external reporting requirements and disclosures.
  • Assist with ad hoc analyses and special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, ideally with a mix of Big 4 public accounting and technology company roles.
  • Proficiency with NetSuite and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and data aggregation skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice-to-Haves

  • CPA preferred.
