Watchlist
Last updated: September 6, 2026
In short: The watchlist is a private place for jobs you choose. It helps you track Watching, Applied, and Closed jobs, but it does not send match notifications.
Open Watchlist from the navigation after signing in.
Watching, Applied, and Closed
Watching
Open jobs you chose to follow. Tap the heart on a job card or job page to add one.
Applied
Jobs you marked as applied. This is a self-reported tracking marker; it does not mean an employer or hiring system confirmed your application.
Marking a job Applied also starts watching it. Quick Apply and external applications do not currently add this marker automatically.
Closed
Watched jobs that later left the company’s hiring system. They move out of Watching and remain readable under Closed.
Manage your list
Watching is per job, not per company. Search within a tab to find a title, company, or location.
Tap the heart again to stop watching a job. Employers cannot see your watchlist, Applied markers, alerts, or stored resume.
Watchlist or alert?
Use the watchlist for a job you already found. Create an alert when you want Hotfix to notify you about newly posted jobs matching a search.
