As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the transformation of pharmacy payment integrity through AI-first automation. You will own the product roadmap for AI agents, voice AI, IVR automation, intelligent data acquisition, and automated payment/recovery workflows.
Owns end-to-end Coordination of Benefits (COB) product line, driving AI-native strategy, roadmap, execution, and business outcomes for health plans. Requires extensive PM experience in AI/ML or healthcare, technical depth in data/AI systems, and cross-functional leadership.
Drives data product roadmap and execution in partnership with data engineering and architecture leaders, translating business needs into technical requirements for healthcare payment platforms. Requires hands-on data engineering experience, SQL proficiency, and ability to navigate legacy systems.
