About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head of Workplace in defining SOKRs and ensuring all pillars and cross-functional partners are aligned with the team's roadmap
  • Lead cross-functional projects that don't fit neatly into one department; support M&A integrations
  • Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and design scalable processes to remove them
  • Design and lead operating cadences and governance forums to ensure speed, clarity, and accountability
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on business metrics to provide the Workplace Leadership Team with actionable recommendations for growth and efficiency
  • Drive the Workplace AI and data strategy in partnership with IT Business Partner
  • Identify and implement innovative Workplace technologies and systems

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy and operations, management consulting, corporate real estate strategy, or a data-driven operational role in a fast-growing environment
  • Strong quantitative skills with a track record of using data to drive complex business cases and macro-level decisions
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects from ambiguous conception to rigorous execution
  • Experience working directly within or alongside Workplace or Real Estate teams
