About the role

Responsibilities

  • Architect and execute a comprehensive community and brand strategy that drives improvements in brand sentiment, product adoption, and long-term customer retention.
  • Oversee online communities, in-person clinician meetups, event experiences, and advisory groups such as the SimpleCircle customer advisory board to ensure a continuous, high-value feedback loop between users and product teams.
  • Produce high-impact live streams and digital content, humanizing decision-making processes and building transparency with the community.
  • Build and manage connections with industry influencers and brand ambassadors to drive meaningful dialogue across the internet and at key industry forums.
  • Direct all Public Relations (PR) efforts and social media channels to ensure a cohesive, authoritative, and empathetic voice across the mental health landscape.
  • Identify and adopt emerging technologies, including the ethical and efficient use of AI, to enhance community interactions while preserving the "human touch."
  • Manage departmental budgets and allocate resources toward high-impact projects balancing creative innovation with measurable business outcomes.
  • Contribute to strategic guidance of the Marketing organization as a member of the Marketing Leadership Team, fostering an innovative and positive environment for team members.

Requirements

  • 4-year undergraduate degree required; credentials, study, or research in a mental health-related discipline highly desired.
  • 8+ years of corporate employment, ideally within a SaaS or HealthTech company (Mental HealthTech a plus).
  • Demonstrated experience as a compelling public communicator with established public presence (e.g., significant LinkedIn following, conference speaking, or influential content creation on YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, or TikTok).
  • Proven experience managing diverse marketing functions across social media, PR, and large-scale event production.
  • Strong digital and technical fluency with comfort leveraging modern technology and AI tools.
  • Track record of creative innovation and breaking new ground with fresh marketing executions.
  • Relationship-first mindset with ability to interface directly with customers and translate business goals into trust-building initiatives.
