Build and optimize talent operations at ElevenLabs by managing recruiting workflows, implementing AI-driven tools and automations, creating data dashboards, and partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to scale hiring efficiently.
About the role
Responsibilities
- Become an expert in recruiting workflows (interview scheduling, coordination, stakeholder management) and optimize them
- Design, implement, and launch strategic Talent projects using AI, workflow automations, and latest technology
- Identify and implement cutting-edge Talent tools to upgrade the Talent tech ecosystem
- Design best-in-class Talent processes and SOPs
- Implement Data Strategy to ensure Talent decisions are data-driven
- Build and maintain insightful reports to surface bottlenecks and optimize the hiring funnel
- Provide coaching and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment, interviewing, and talent assessment best practices
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver world-class candidate and stakeholder experience
Requirements
- Previous experience working within or with Talent functions
- Top-notch project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple moving parts across teams
- Aptitude for quickly onboarding and mastering software in the Talent tech stack
- Experience with data, building metrics dashboards
- Technical ability to code or vibe-code solutions
- Strong stakeholder management experience; ability to build trust and collaborate with cross-functional leaders
- Process-driven mindset with experience creating, improving, or automating workflows

- Previous experience with Ashby (ATS)
