About the Team
The Creators Product team focuses on building and scaling a world-class learning experience for customers and their audiences, serving over 1.1 million monthly active users. This role solves B2C-style learner experience problems within a B2B2C ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Creators Product Vision & Strategy – Define and execute the roadmap for HighLevel’s Courses platform, serving 1.1M+ monthly active learners, focusing on engagement, completion, and retention.
- Own the end-to-end learner journey from first interaction to completion and reactivation, identifying drop-offs and opportunities.
- Drive Learner Growth & Monetization – Improve adoption, stickiness, outcomes, and revenue through better discovery and progression.
- Deliver Core Learning Experiences – Lead development of features for course creation, consumption, progress tracking, and success.
- Champion UI/UX Excellence – Partner with design and engineering for intuitive, accessible, mobile-friendly experiences.
- Experiment & Optimize – Run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and improve engagement across web and mobile.
- Scale & Reliability – Improve platform scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work with engineering, design, data, marketing, and customer teams.
- Leverage Data for Decisions – Use analytics and insights to prioritize and measure impact.
- Own Outcomes – Deliver improvements in engagement, retention, completion, and growth.
- Activation & First-Value Ownership – Optimize milestones like first lesson/course completion.
- Own Metrics & Business Impact – Track activation rate, completion rate, retention cohorts, and revenue per learner.
Who You Are
- Experience building eLearning/MOOC platforms driving activation, completion, retention at scale.
- Strong UI/UX focus on learner journeys, discovery, tracking, habit formation.
- Proficient in A/B testing and experimentation.
- Learner-centric with balance of business objectives.
- Strategic yet execution-focused.
- Data-informed using behavioral data, funnels, cohorts.
What You’ll Bring
- 8+ years of Product Management experience, focused on B2C/B2B2C learning platforms with 2M+ users.
- Proven track record of impactful features improving engagement, retention, growth.
- Deep UI/UX understanding for learning experiences.
- Experience with creator growth and monetization.
- Familiarity with SaaS/creator platform growth levers.
Bonus: Experience on polished B2C learning platform with 2M+ users.
