About the role
Responsibilities
- Build partnership strategy and storytelling: create strategic slideware and financial analysis for potential partnerships, including combined offerings, value creation, revenue/margin impact.
- Financial modeling and deal support: develop models for pricing scenarios, margin analysis, revenue projections, sensitivity tables; iterate in real-time during negotiations.
- New market and competitive intelligence: research and size expansion opportunities (new care settings, products, channels), analyze competitors' positioning and capabilities.
- Ad hoc strategic analysis: evaluate acquisition targets, build board meeting memos, size new product category economics.
Requirements
- 3–7 years professional experience in analytical roles with business judgment (investment banking, private equity, management consulting, strategic finance, corporate development).
- Strong financial modeling skills: build from scratch (revenue projections, unit economics, deal scenarios, sensitivity analysis); comfortable with live iterations.
- Clear, structured written communication for memos, pre-briefs, partnership decks.
- Comfort with ambiguity, speed: scope ambiguous questions, gather data quickly, produce usable deliverables.
Nice-to-Haves
- Domain expertise in healthcare AI, partnerships, or market expansion (strongly preferred).
