About the role
Responsibilities
- Build new user-facing experiences for customer support platform.
- Scale internal infrastructure to handle high volume of complex support needs (technical, purchasing, logistics for buyers and sellers).
- Design intelligent AI-powered automations to resolve thousands of customer issues per hour.
- Lead solutions end-to-end: translate ambiguous business problems into technical solutions, drive delivery and experimentation.
- Balance development speed, product impact, and technical excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years full-time software engineering experience in high growth startups.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven track record of building end-to-end product experiences and scaling high-scale backend systems.
- Backend expertise: experience with Python, Elixir, and/or Postgres (plus).
- Ownership mindset: own projects from inception to production.
- Product instinct: translate user needs to technical solutions.
- Problem solving: thrive in ambiguity with creativity and autonomy.
