Senior Product Manager, Enterprise
Own enterprise product surface at Counsel, building B2B2C platform primitives, APIs, and integrations that enable healthcare organizations to embed AI-powered care experiences.
What you'll do
- Co-design with partners: push back where the vision is wrong, push harder where it isn't going far enough
- Build platform primitives that make each new integration easier than the last, so the team isn't rebuilding from scratch every time
- Own partner relationships end to end, navigating executive conversations with clarity and earning trust through what you deliver
- Champion a high bar for the end user experience in every integration, every conversation, every build
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience with a meaningful focus on B2B2C products
- Strong technical fluency: APIs, integrations, and platform architecture
- Experience on a B2B2C product where the end user experience actually mattered for the success of the partnership
- A systems thinker: you design for the current partner and build for the next five
- A genuine obsession with the end user experience
Nice to have
- Experience on platform and API-first products where your product lived inside someone else's brand
- Built embedded or white-label product experiences
- Actively use AI tools in your product workflow
- Familiarity with healthcare IT, EMR integrations, or health system partnerships
