About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead product initiatives across Hiya Spam Blocker and Hiya WorkPhone from discovery through launch and iteration
  • Build deep understanding of customer problems, behaviors, and unmet needs through research, testing, support signals, usage patterns, and direct observation
  • Identify promising opportunities and translate them into concepts, prototypes, experiments, and product improvements
  • Explore multiple possible solutions before converging, using fast learning cycles
  • Use AI to accelerate discovery, synthesis, prototyping, product development, and decision-making
  • Work hands-on to move ideas forward, including creating prototypes or driving solutions end-to-end
  • Partner with engineering, design, marketing, support, and product teams to build and launch high-impact experiences
  • Establish feedback loops by measuring product usage and translating insights into improvements
  • Shape product positioning, launch readiness, and go-to-market planning
  • Generate learnings from mobile apps to inform broader product strategy

Requirements

Required:

  • Experience in product management or similar role, ideally in mobile, consumer, SaaS, or fast-learning environments
  • Consumer mobile app experience, especially in growth
  • Strong instincts for identifying customer problems and evaluating opportunities
  • Experience using research, testing, observation, or behavioral data to shape product direction
  • Track record of taking products/features/experiments from idea to launch and iteration
  • Data literacy for metrics and storytelling
  • Comfort in ambiguous spaces with inquiry, experimentation, and judgment
  • Hands-on, high-agency approach
  • Ability to define success, measure outcomes, and create feedback loops
  • Cross-functional collaboration and influence
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfort using AI tools
  • Collaborative mindset, intellectual humility

Preferred:

  • Experience in product research, concept testing, A/B testing, or customer-centered discovery
  • Zero-to-one product/feature experience
