  • Org design — scaling teams and organizational structures
  • Leadership coaching — supporting senior technical leaders
  • Talent strategy — performance, retention, and succession planning
  • Team effectiveness — organizational health and leadership capability
  • Employee experience — onboarding, retention, and engagement
  • People team scale — helping evolve the broader People function

We’re likely to be a strong fit if you

  • Operate at senior scope — Director-equivalent BP experience, Head of People experience at a smaller company, or similar IC7+ scope
  • Know technical environments — experience partnering with Sales, Marketing or similar organizations
  • Understand hypergrowth — experience operating in startup, scale-up, or rapidly scaling environments
  • Have global exposure — supported distributed organizations across multiple countries or regions
  • Communicate exceptionally well — especially in written, asynchronous environments
  • Build trust effectively — influence through credibility, judgment, and strong relationships over time
